Signal's New Stories Will Grow Its User Base

The messaging app Signal is perhaps best known for its privacy features. It hasn't to this point been seen as a direct competitor to more popular social apps like Snapchat and Instagram. But last week, the company rolled out a feature that makes it look quite a bit like those social apps.
