How to Deal With the Uncertainty Without the Anxiety

We are in the wild wild west of digital body language, and as you said, jessie, these norms will continue to evolve. What i identified and shared in my new book is four laws that can realy guide us despite the differences in the channels and the norms we use. The first law is what i call valuing others visibly. I'm not sending five email reply alls when it could be a five minute phone call. Valuing visibly matters regardless of the channel. As we adapt, what was implicit in traditional body language, the way to go, the head and od, signalling a great job, must be explicit with digital body language.
