Doing a Deal With a Speck or Peat Firm?
There are advantages to each, depending on what you want. If you do a deal with a spack, you're immediately a public company. Thee se pacts is the longer term play, or somewhat of a current trend. Are there going to be as many spacs as there were inthe last six months? Is that like the steady state of a number of spacks? I would say probably yes.
