But what are the other purported benefits and then maybe we can dig into kind of, you know, what some of the recent meta analyses and reviews and research is showing about these? Sure. I think weight loss is obviously the most popular one that most people are going to intermittent fasting for. We see a lot of primary care providers recommending it for things such as high cholesterol, type two diabetes, prediabetes.
