Is Biden's Proposed Budget Fiscally Sound?
Biden has proposed a budget that would reduce deficits by $3 trillion over a decade. Kyle: I think the pledge he's put forth ties his hands in ways that one, makes his proposals overly complex and two really limits the types of tax increases that he's willing to put forth. The makeup of Congress has changed. Democrats don't have the White House and both houses of Congress anymore so any of these proposals for in the short term are really not going to pass.
