Is Quovat Immunity Going Away?

The Supreme Court is effectively saying to the lower courts do everything you can to let government officials off the hook using qualified immunity but don't make it look too ridiculous. Quovat immunity is getting the kind of attention that for example eminent domain got when that kilo case came down. The Cato Institute under my leadership on this issue initiated the whole campaign to eliminate qualified immunity three years ago. We launched our campaign in March of 2018 and we've done a lot of work and we've had a lot of allies join the fight.
