We didn't question anything. The reason for the lack of landlord reference was he quoted that he had never rented before in the art that he just come from Luxembourg. So at that point, when he was saying he had no money, you had absolutely no idea that this guy had a huge portfolio of properties in Ireland himself and vast directors' remuneration. We let it slide the time out. We reduced the rent until the government relaxed through the laws which were due to corporate their following month. So we let him reduce the rent to $1,500 for two months.
