The Diary of a Country Priest
The film makes a life of sacrifice and suffering seem beautiful and attractive. August deal really sells this character as very attractive and very joyful. He's not like singing him's his way through being beaten up by Nazi prison guards. But you do see that beauty and it actually comes through in a motivational way, which is kind of rare.
