The Disabled Characters in Agatha Christie

The ableist trope of not trusting someone as to whether they are disabled or ill is fundamental to the mystery genre. So it strikes me that if there were ever a push to excise the ableism and ableist tropes that appear in Christie's work from the text themselves, I just don't see how that's possible. But I really just don't know, because I think there's a lot that we don't know about these edits.
