Product-Led or Enterprise-Large?

Confluent CEO says there's a lot of buzz in the industry right now about consumption-based models. The company started with a very product-led model serving developers, and as it got more into the mid-market they saw an opportunity to complement their engagement with enterprise sales. Confluent also introduced a self-serve model and a pay-as-you-go offering for our customers. But I really would think about can you serve different personas more optimally with both models?
