Allostatic load is a word that kind of means and is commonly referred to as like the cumulative overall burden of, of life events or stress. Mental health challenges are probably the single most expensive and most challenging issue to solve of our generation. And we have not successfully figured it out yet. The challenge from what we've seen and just going back a few years to like pre-COVID times to where we are right now is that pre-CO VID we were going down a very medium. We were on a medium very mediocre trajectory as Western medicine practitioners of mental health in that the most medications and most tools we were using while they work for people who participate in them do not work for
