The BVI VASP Act: What You Do
I want to talk about the BVI VASP Act, but before we get into that, let's talk about your practice and what you do. So it's a lot of work around structuring. What's the right legal structure for a particular project? If there's a token, how do they do that? What are the regulatory implications of the things they might want to do? And so that's the large part of the practice for me. Then I have a segment, which is regulatory investigation work for usually regulated businesses or businesses that should be regulated and maybe aren't.
