The German Social Democratic Party and the Second International

The second international is an organization of socialist and labor parties. It includes the german social democrats in int in the early twentieth century, it includes the british labor party in yo. By the end of but then it's a, it's replaced, kind of formally, by the second international. All the socialist parties belong to it. That's like the most unified that movement has ever been. I mean, there was a real dilemma for all the various national parties during world war one. They all chose nationalism over international socialism.
