The Non-Equilibrium Physics of the Born Rule
For the past 30 years, I've been arguing that this is a mistake. The only way to explain the emergence of the born rule later on will be through some process of quantum relaxation in semi-classical regime. And it's only with evolution over time that you get relaxation to the born rule and the quantum mechanics that we see. This work in pilot wave quantum gravity vindicates the idea that I've been pushing for 30 years.
