Philadelphia Democrats have such a large registration advantage over Republicans. Whoever wins tomorrow is almost assured to win in November the general election in Philadelphia. There are actually cases of Republicans who feel disenfranchised and they then switch their voter registration to just have a say. Allison it is a anyone's race.
