How to Fix a Bad Sleep Schedule
I used to have a terrible sleep schedule. I would go to bed like three in the morning and wake up at noon every day. It made me feel bad about myself because i felt lazy. My work life has improved so much from just fixing my sleep schedule. In the moment when my sleep schedule was bad, i knew it was bad, but i didn't realize how much better my life would become from just changingmy sleep schedule.
