What Is the Weight of Particle Omissions?
Claim comes from research by an omissions analytic company. They ran a series of experiments on different kinds of tires, weighing them before and after driving. Then compared the total weight of tire particles given off per kilometer to a figure for thetotal weight of exhaust emissions per kilometer. And as you've heard from our listener, stephane, the tire particles weighed about two thousand times more than the exhaust particles.
