There are now data in which that essentially state that there's no direct link between serotonin levels and depression. The experiment that I described a bit ago around the naltrexone and ketamine is the first time I'm aware of where we were able to essentially eliminate an antidepressants effect by using a second drug as a blockade. It highlights a bigger issue, the issue that we haven't had a good way of really understanding how these drugs work.
