The Covenant of Grace in the Confession of Faith

In 7 2, the covenant of grace then is the promised new covenant of Old Testament prophecy. It was revealed first to Adam and afterwards revealed by farther steps in the Old Testament until the full discovery thereof was completed in the New. The words this covenant clearly refer back to the Covenant of grace and paragraph two. Tell us that our framers believed the covenant of Grace is gospel revelation. Good news for sinners. The news of life and salvation by Jesus Christ.
