The Benefits of Adding a Mini Habit
In many habits, you take one step out each time and come back and gradually expands it. So the cat wanted to see if the cat liked the snow. He got curious kind of edged on the snow and then started slowly walking out into the middle. And then the cat kind of shot itself and then sprinted back to safety where the house was. It's a good analogy for how if you try to go too far out, he comforts on your mark or running back for safety.
