The Order of the Letters in the Latin Alphabet
Linguists believe that the ordering of the letters in the alphabet is simply a memory device. It makes it easier to learn the letters if you can learn them all in a particular order. Around 350 years, historians and archaeologists have discovered 650 inscriptions written in the early latin alphabet.
