Are Ear Plugs Beneficial for Your Sleep Quality?

Two things i feel like mssing a lot of marketing around are meditation or mindfulness aps, mostly my meditation on myless practices. And then the white noise machine can be a kind of a personal preference. I think they're beneficial if they're blocking out a lot of the outside noise. But i would argue, probably that yeur ear plugs would do a better job just because when we're asleep er, kind of we can be paying attention to some of these noises.
