Coaches will say that it's always difficult to recreate the same emotions and stresses that exist during match playing competition so in practice. So what i'm hearing you say there is the emotional load, the emotional burden that somebody might experience during a game. Again, that's something for coaches to consider under specificicy specificity of training. And infact, this may spun more so into your area to some degree.
