The Effects of Glucocyanase on the Liver
There's two major types of enzymes that do this depending on where you are. Glucocyanase and hexocyanase happen in other tissues of the body. The liver can pump that glucose into the blood if you are in a fasting state. Not another tissue. And so to turn glucose six phosphate to fructose six phosphate, you don't add or remove anything. You just rearrange.
