How to Quantify the Importance of Plays
Kieran has a script that goes through and scrapes all the play by play data for every football game. For each play it in baseball there's a concept called leverage index which takes into account like how meaningful this at that is to the result of the game. I come up with something kind of like my own flavor of that for how meaningful this play is and how much it should be waited for.
