O'Zempic, an injectable drug made by Novo Nordisk, was approved to treat obesity back in 2021. But now the drug's popularity seems to have exploded thanks in part to Hollywood. A run on O'Zampic has caused many insurance companies to stop covering it for patients unless they have diabetes. The Wall Street Journal calls Eli Lilly's Manjaro "the King Kong of weight loss drugs"
