The CODA trial found no significant long term outcomes in terms of adverse events like hernias or bowel obstructions, etc. And so I think that we have a lot of patients where it's just not convenient for them to have an operation right now. They're not afraid of having an operation in the future would prefer not to have the time off from work and all that goes with an appendectomy. We've embraced our role as informing patients and eliciting their preferences and circumstances and priorities to help them get a great decision.
