Vasopressin and Steroids: Should We Use Them?
The big question that remains is whether we should give vasopressin and steroids. Two out of three trials has a very strong effect on more long-term outcomes. However I think personally that this is still a little premature. It's additional drugs in an already quite hectic and acute situation. And my best guess is that this will not be included in any upcoming guidelines.
