Employers Are Not Ready to Host Apprentices

i think it's still too hard for a lot of people trying to break into the industry. No conditions are ever perfect, but you have to get by in from your management that this is a worth while thing. I if you hire someone as an inturn that converts into a full time employee then you've just skipped a whole bunch of cruiting and te whole bunch of training. You've just built your own internal talent. Ah, that's fantastic. So i think people need to try to figure that out more instead of having expensive recruiters go out and hire expensive people who already have a bunch of experience. Indeed.
