Product managers are expected to be ruthlessly out concentric, systematically. They must start the product development process from problem to solve or inportuneces. The scar framework is basically h o s k r and it's a nice addition to the ok r framework that everybody knows about. H for hypothesis, high level explanation of the future to be implemented. Or more simply put, why do we think we can solve it with this specific feature? O for objectives, so that the high level, business centric, or and user centric, desired outcome for the task has been achieved.
