The big vision a sort of sort of hopes to assemble a complex, working ecological system by assembling all the components based on prior knowledge. And everything ad apart from being overwhelming, it almost never works when done like that with novel elements and systems which have not actually been tried in that landscape or that socio economic context before. A so that's one of the problems with that. Whereas retrofed is a sort of an incremental process, where it's undeniable that there is already a context. There isn't a blank slate.
