The White House pressured Twitter among other social media companies to moderate its content in a way, you know according to the wishes of the federal government. Some legal scholars believe that this is indeed a First Amendment violation because they were basically just using social media companies as a vehicle to suppress free speech even if the White House wasn't personally putting duct tape over someone's mouth. The notion to me might that the CDC is truth and if you're a medical or public health professional and you say something different from the CDC that de facto that is misinformation. That's very scary to me.
