Is Robotic Cop Really a Robot?

I think that also happens in sci-fi doesn't it because I'm sure they must be clips in sci-Fi films when you're seeing it from the robots perspective and then they blink. There's not that I'm in done that we're quite unnerving. He's like half man half machine all cop which is the tag line of the film. You see he doesn't even mean anything. So he's got a full-time contract at the police department. Maybe he's just really into that climate change conference. It's called cop. Oh classic. Unblinking red eye. Yeah They are until they invent ones that blink like humans so that we don't know.
