What Do You Need as a Founder?

For me personally, I would want to hire a growth person. Somebody who's making sure that when the product is ready, there's a truck that arrives and the product gets on the truck and it arrives at a 3PL,. The third one is probably customer service or just customer experience as a whole. And then you can start to hire underneath those three.
