There's a lot of relevance, not only transplant practitioners but hematologists and oncologists in the community as well who may not participate in the transplant process itself. In general, I think there are probably two takeaways. The post-allergenic transplant space is unique because the bone marrow has much less reserve and also it's unique because of the existence of graft versus host disease. Administering a split three inhibitor after alginic transplantation has become the standard to care at many places across the country and the world,. including our own.
