Is There a Right to Opt Out of Biometric Data?
One city has installed facial recognition cameras outside a public housing complex in order to patrol the grounds for potential evidence of crimes. You're going to tend to hit a different strata of folks than say home buyers. So that's why I just think from a policy perspective, the right answer is to give people a legally mandated alternative.
