How to Protect Mental Capacity
The course is called the 20-hour CEO, but that's only because I happened to have had a concussion and could only work 20 hours a week when I was building a 200 million VC backed company. The mental capacity comes to like preserving your energy for the pieces that actually take up more space and time. Once you get started, you can measure the impact. You can make small changes. But now you have something set in place as a baseline of how we operate which gives you an opportunity to measure the impact of the small changes you make along the way. And also helps with decision fatigue as well because you're delegating problems for people to solve where they don't have to figure out
