We were trained for a period to see each other as the enemy. And then we went through an election cycle or two, and we realized more people were crazy than we thought. We're socially depleted where our reserves are depleted. So how do you begin to rebuild social resiliency, capital desire, even a longing, to connect with other humans againah, i think the longings there because you were feeling it yourselves. You know, let's say yes to everythingthat we're made to connect. But before we can rebuild human connection, we we have to rebuild personal well being. It's as simple as that. We're shot. Ok? Yes.
