The Importance of Understanding Your Persona
i realized the importance of understanding your persona and understanding your i c p use before i was just blasting out a pitch. The number one thing with the customers that i work with is they're talking to people and they don't really understand what they do. They don't understand where the innersex with how they can help them. I've never done anything technical or in fact, i would never gravitate towards a career like that. So i don't really think like those people.
