So since I was very young I’ve been into health and wellness. I just love feeling good and staying healthy. There’s probably not too many fitness magazines I haven’t subscribed to starting with Flex when I was in high school finally graduating to Iron Man, Men’s Health and Men’s Journal when I was in college.

In the world of fitness models there’s a couple of faces you come to get familiar with. Clark Bartram is one of them. I started following Clark on Instagram a while back. It wasn’t his workouts or eating tips I was drawn to. It was his attitude.

This 58 year old dude was not just ripped physically but mentally as well. I love his message about the importance of knowing who you are, putting in the work and never slowing the process of evolving and improving as a person.

Therefore, I was thrilled when Clark agreed to come on the JWS. I know you will leave this episode inspired. Oh, and if you’re like me and over 40 Clark serves as a great muse. The dude is in phenomenal shape and he’s all “natty.” For those of you who don’t know that means natural. He doesn’t take steroids. Just good clean living and hard ass work.
