Joe Richie was sent to a residential treatment facility for persons in need of supervision. Joe spent two years in this facility and he returned to high school in 1963. But since Joe was two years older than everyone, he dropped out in 1966 at the age of 21. Dropping out of high school at 21 is like renouncing your citizenship to Atlantis.
