How to Deal With Tough Questions in Cross Examination

Tribunal waiting room advice is something i've never liked, and i wonder what your view is on it. It's to walk over to the witness box when you're called, but before you sit down, lift up your chair and re angle it so it's facing the employment judge. I not a very much doubt that has any influence. And of course, many tribunals are set up so that the witness sits rather awkwardly, facing the tribunal panel directly,. with lawyers on either side of them. That does create a difficulty in that your having to turn your head to hear the question. You have to get used to the very weird thing of hearing a question coming from one direction
