Having an Anxiety Relapse?

Exercise was a big conversation i had with my therapist back in february time. She encouraged me to exercise three or four times a week, which i definitely don't quite do. But for some reason, even though i'd actly ben doing quite a lot of it in the lead up to this. Sbout of anxiety, it hadn't quite cut cut it this time. And yet, i being able to kind of recognize those spirals, the that keep me just kind of sitting being, just in my own brain, just thinking about breathing in and out for days on end is key.
