A healthy cultural matrix is one where a woman has two kids that are at least, you know, something of that rage very close to two. For highly educated people, in almost any country in the world, it's well below replacement level. It's imperative therefore to create a highly technophilic transhumanist culture which makes you useful and relevant to AI going forward.
