The Diplomacy Faction in TI4
Diplomacy used to be primarily the do not attack this system strategy card, right? That was like the entire purpose of diplomacy and that never was worth quite enough. So eventually in TI4 they added the fact that you would refresh some planets. And then now it feels like that's the primary thing of diplomacy is the planet refreshing. It's very strange how the game of them evolved.
