I think that what we saw last year was basically just the increase in interest rates. I actually believe we're going to have an overall recession, but that's a pretty hot topic. And if you look at the stock markets behavior here recently, like this year, you'd say, well, market doesn't seem to be too worried. Now December was a rough month, so we're in this very changeable environment.
