Are the Reliance Interests in Abortion a Good Idea?

Yoncry: Abortion is treated as a kind of claim on behalf of women as a group, and not so much as individuals. Countless women will now make different decisions about career s, education, relationships than they would have when roe served as a back stop. One of the other big philosophic premises here that i think is at work in undermining abortion rightss is collectivism. It's taken for granted that a state can have all these kinds of interests, as long as it doesn't infringe on explicitly enumerated rights.
