The concept shadow was from karl young. Your shadow self is the side that you are ashamed of, you are embarrassed of. When you can sit with that shadow, flip it on its head and see if there's a gift on the other side. For me, i had a really big shadow for a very long time in my business around being a fake, a fraud and a liar. But when we look at those shadow aspects, em the opposite. The opposite of being fake is real.
