The nine key factors that seem to be really important in getting technology to be cheap. If we want to do not just as good as solar, but a lot better and net zero is maybe now like more urgent than it was 30 years ago. So there's the people part. There's a research and development focus that's really crucial. The second part is on the knowledge flows of collaboration which are also crucial. And then finally creating markets that are growing and robust.
