Chad: Our after action reviews our debriefs whatever you want to call it are so critical for us just on the weekly cadence of capturing all the things that you do do well maybe don't do well in execution. There really is nothing more valuable than your experience than the empirical data that you capture while you're while you're doing it. Without some of those after action notes and and a lot of the references that that we write down take photographs whatever it may be you may forget what to look for one year later, Chad says.
